Right to object

The right to object on a case-by-case basis

You have the right, based on reasons arising from your special situation, to object to the processing of your personal data carried out in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 e) GDPR or Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR at any time; this also applies to profiling supported by these provisions. We then no longer process the personal data for these purposes, unless we can document compelling legitimate interests for the continued processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or when the processing serves the assertion, execution or safeguarding of legal claims.

The right to object to the processing of personal data for direct advertising purposes

In individual cases, we process your personal data for direct advertising purposes. This also applies to profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct advertising.
